The machine tool industry is also blowing a green wind

Column:CGG Latest Information Time:2010-12-29

-Introduction of accessories processing equipment and low consumption cutting oil machine tools for wind power generation

-Build a machine tool production system with an annual output of 10000 sets, and the sales volume this year is expected to increase by 50% compared with last year

In the global trend of seeking low-carbon and green development, the machine tool industry has also blown a green wind.

The company has completed the research and development of large-scale CNC lathes and boring machines that can process accessories for wind power generation, as well as environment-friendly mold processing machines that use a very small amount of cutting oil, and officially put them on the market.

The large CNC lathe (model: VTS1620M) launched this time is a new product that can process large spindles and frames for wind turbine, natural gas field development and other energy industries. Its processing range can reach the maximum diameter of 2000mm and height of 1600mm, and its operating performance is more than 20% higher than that of existing products.

Large CNC boring machine (model: DBC130L) is an equipment that can process high load parts such as accessories for wind power generation. This product also plays an outstanding role in precision machining of large heavy objects with a Y axis height of 2500mm and a weight of 20t.

The environment-friendly mold processing machine (model: NX5000/6500), which greatly reduces the discharge of waste cutting oil, is equipped with a semi dry (MQL: Minimum Quantity Lubrication) processing device. By spraying a very small amount of fine (below 1.0 ㎛) cutting fluid and a mixture of high-pressure air at the processing position, the environment-friendly effect of almost no wastewater and waste oil is achieved.

In order to strengthen the marketing of green industrial machine tools, the Machine Tool Automation Business Department participated in the 14th Seoul International Machine Tool Exhibition (SIMTOS 2010) held in Kintex, Gyeonggi Yoshiyama, from April 13 to 18. The exhibition not only displayed the above new products, but also actively carried out product promotion activities.

In addition to the above products, the company also exhibited a total of 18 new machine tools, including high-speed high-end mold processing machines, a new generation of composite processing machines, composite processing Swiss lathes, and precision deposition EDM machines, thus demonstrating the competitiveness of the world's three major machine tool suppliers.

Kim Jae sub, the special manager of the Machine Tool Automation Business Department, said: "Since the second half of last year, with the continuous expansion of equipment investment in the IT and auto parts industries, the company has built a machine tool production system with an annual output of 10000 units to meet its trend, and the operating rate of the factory in the first half of the year will reach 150%. The company has also strengthened the marketing of new products, and its sales will increase by 50% over last year."

In addition, on the "Seoul International Machine Tool Exhibition 2010", one of the five major machine tool exhibitions in the world, major Korean machine tool enterprises, including Doosan Engineering Machinery, and world-famous machine tool enterprises, such as Yamazaki Mazak, DMG, Mori Seiki, participated in a large scale and attracted more than 100000 visitors.
